P90X Journey

Started P90X yesterday. Man it definitely worked my chest arms and back. Today I did plyometrics, I was only able to get through 30 mins of the 60 min workout. By next week, I should be able to get through it.

My starting weight is 194 (9 months post pregnancy) and I am really trying to get back into my size 10, maybe even smaller. I target weight is 145. I doubt I will reach that low after 90 days, but I know I should at least have lost 10 lbs.
